Agreement to terms

By using GradeSlap's website, scanner tool, or any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Simple as that.

What GradeSlap does

GradeSlap provides a free online visibility scanner that estimates how well your business shows up across Google, AI search engines, review platforms, and business directories. We also offer paid services including website builds, Google Business Profile optimization, and ongoing marketing management.

The free scanner

• The GradeSlap score (300-800) is an estimate based on publicly available data and general industry signals.
• It is not a guarantee of search rankings or business performance.
• Scores may vary based on available data and are intended as a directional guide, not a certified audit.
• For a comprehensive manual audit, we offer a paid Digital Audit service.

Paid services

• All paid services will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins.
• Monthly plans have no contracts and can be cancelled anytime.
• One-time builds (website, full platform setup) are scoped and priced before work begins. You own everything we build for you.
• Refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements.

Your data

When you use the scanner, you provide business information including your name, email, phone number, business name, and location. By submitting this information, you consent to us storing and using it as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the scanner to generate fake or misleading reports
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our scoring methodology
• Submit false business information or impersonate another business
• Use our tools to harass, spam, or harm other businesses
• Attempt to overload or disrupt our systems

Intellectual property

The GradeSlap name, logo, scoring system, scanner tool, website content, and all related materials are the property of GradeSlap / Chris Cochran. You may share your score and share card for personal or business use, but you may not reproduce our tools, content, or methodology for commercial purposes without written permission.

Disclaimer

GradeSlap is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about search engine rankings, AI search inclusion, or specific business outcomes. While we guarantee your Google Business Profile will show up in local search within 60 days (or we keep working for free), we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions. No one can. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.

Limitation of liability

GradeSlap's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our free tools or website is limited to $0. For paid services, liability is limited to the amount you paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of GradeSlap after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes will be resolved in Lafayette County, Mississippi.
